Woodland School Art Contest

Each year children from Woodland School, located next to Grace Lutheran Church on Manhattan Avenue, participate in the Pet Fest art contest. The theme changes from year to year but is always related to animals in some way. Guests are asked to vote for their favorite picture. The winner’s art is used as the front of the notecard thanking participants.  All the children who participate in the art contest receive a Pet Fest favor.

The 2023 contest will be held in the Fellowship Hall of Grace Lutheran Church beginning on October 14th and will end after October 28th. Be sure to visit and vote!

The 2022 contest featured the talents of third-graders taught by Mary Katherine Chin. The theme was Zentagle Pets. Almost eighty talented young artists participated. Our winners are shown below.
